Indian Oil Corporation Limited for establishment of LNG Hub for City Gas Distribution - Draft variation – Issued - Reg. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Memo.No.3023004/I/2025, Municipal Administration & Urban Development (I) Department, Dt.10.06.2026) NOTIFICATION The following draft variation to the Change of land use, envisaged in the Kurnool Municipal coporation / KUDA General Town Planning Scheme (Master Plan), which was sanctioned vide G.O.Ms.No.28, Municipal Administration Department, dated 19.02.2024 is proposed in exercise of the powers confirmed under section (15) of Andhra Pradesh Metropolitan Region and Urban Development Authorities Act, 2016 is hereby published as required by sub-section (3) of the said section. Notice hereby given that the draft will be taken into consideration after the expiry of Fifteen (15) days from the date of Publication of Notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette and that any Objections/Suggestions which may be received from any person with respect to these before expiry of the said period will be considered by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. Objection or suggestions should be addressed to Principal Secretary to Government, Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department, Secretariat, Andhra Pradesh Velagapudi/ Vice Chairperson, Kurnool Urban Development Authority, Kurnool. 1DRAFT VARIATION The Change of Land use proposal for change the land use in the sanctioned master plan of Kurnool Municipal corporation/ KUDA, Kurnool Region, Phase-I from Mixed land use and Residential land use to Industrial land use for the land measuring an extent of Ac.1.95 Cts (proposed to Ac.1.87) in Sy No.277/7B (LPM No.697) of B.Thandrapadu Village, Kurnool Rural Mandal, Kurnool District, for establishment of LNG Hub Under City Gas Distribution Project in the Master Plan of Kurnool Municipal Corporation/KUDA sanctioned vide G.O. Ms. No. 28, MA & UD dept, dated 19.02.2024, is hereby proposed to be modified through variation/change of land use as marked in the proposed land use map in GTP No. 02/2026/KUDA, Kurnool. The detailed plan and records are available in the office of the B. Thandrapadu Panchayat office, and the Kurnool Urban Development Authority (KUDA), Kurnool, subject to the following conditions: 1. The Applicant shall obtain prior techinical clearance from competent authority before commencement of any development activity at the site under reference. 2. The Title and urban land ceiling /Agricultural land ceiling aspect shall be scurpulously examined by the concerned authorities ie., Urban Development Authorities/Municipal Corporations/Municipalities before issue of building permission/development permission. 3. The above change of land use is subject to the conditions that may be applicable under the Urban Land ceiling Act 1976 and A.P Agriculture Ceiling Act. 4. The Change of land use shall not be used as the proof of any title of the land. 5. The change of land use shall not be used as sole reason for obtaining exemption from the provision of Urban Lnd Ceiling Act, 1976. 6. The applicant is permitted to construct the compound wall only for the net area of Ac. 1.87cents (O-O-B-C-D-E) duly ensuring that the connectivity of the service roads provided on either side of the HT lines is not obstructed for Ingress & Outgress form NH-340 C. 7. Any other conditions as may be imposed by the competent Autority.
