CONFIRMATION OFDRAFT VARIATION TOTADEPALLI ZONAL DEVELOPMENT
PLAN, VADDESWARAM VILLAGE, TADEPALLI MANDAL, GUNTUR DISTRICT
NOTIFIED VIDE ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY NO. 868 (G795)
DATED20.12.2019.
File No: CLU/1719/2018: Tadepalli Zonal Development Plan was approved and
notified vide GO Ms No 679 MA dated 29/12/2006. The request for change of land use from
Agricultural Use (950.73 Sq.mts) & Recreational (45.56 Sq.mts) Use to Commercial Use in
D.No.19/5B, 30/7C, 33/9, 33/10, 33/11 of Vaddeswaram Village, Tadepalli Mandal, Guntur
District to an extent of 996.29 Sq.mt. was considered in the Executive Committee Meeting
of APCRDA held on 23/10/2019. After the approval of the above said change of land use,
the draft variation was published in AP Gazette extraordinary no 868, in Prajasakthi
(Telugu) and The Hindu (English) newspapers on 20.12.2019 inviting
objections/suggestions from the public within 15 days from date of publication and no
objections/suggestions were received. The matter was put in the Executive Committee
meeting of APCRDA on 26/5/2026 for approval of said change of land use and the same was
approved.
Hence, notice is hereby given that the modifications made to the Tadepalli Zonal
Development Plan approved and notified vide G.O.Ms.No. 679 MA dated 29/12/2006 as said
above, are notified under the section 41(4) of APCRDA Act, 2014. The modifications shall
come into operation from the date of publication of this gazette notification and as appended.
APPENDIX
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 41(4), 17(2) of APCRDA Act, 2014 (Act no
11 of 2014) and G.O.Ms No 95 MA&UD (CRDA-2), dated 23/4/2016 the APCRDA, hereby
makes the following variation to the Tadepalli Zonal Development Plan approved andnotified vide G.O.Ms.No.679 MA dated 29/12/2006 and as required under section 41(3) of
the said Act, Draft variation was previously published in AP Gazette extraordinary no 868
(G795) dated 20.12.2019
VARIATION
The site measuring to an extent of 996.29 Sq.mt. falls in D.No.19/5B, 30/7C, 33/9, 33/10,
33/11 of Vaddeswaram village, Tadepalli mandal, Guntur district with the following
schedule of boundaries, which was earmarked for Agricultural Use (950.73 Sq.mts) &
Recreational (45.56 Sq.mts) Use in the Tadepalli Zonal Development Plan sanctioned vide
G.O.Ms. No. 679 M.A, dt.29/12/2006 is now proposed to be designated for Commercial use.
Further details of the proposed change are available in the office of APCRDA project office,
Rayapudi and also available in APCRDA web site www.crda.ap.gov.in subject to
the following conditions:
1. The owners /applicants shall be responsible for any damage claimed by anyone on
account of change of land use proposed.
2. The change of land use shall not be used as the proof of any title of the land.
3. Theapplicant should obtain the building permission from the competent authority
duly paying the required fee and charges.
4. If the Authority notices any difference in calculation of fees/charges, the applicant has
to pay the difference amount at a later datealso.
5. Any other conditions as may be imposed by The Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh
Capital Region Development Authority, Vijayawada.
