Read the following:
1. From the Authorised Signatory, M/s. Ecoren Energy India Private Limited, letter No.EEIPL/AP/2000 MW GO/2023-24/05 and further letters received from the developer.
2. From the VC & MD, NREDCAP, Tadepalli, Guntur District, letter No.NREDCAP/WE/Ecoren-2GW/2023, dated:14-09-2023 and 30-10-2023 and 1-11-2023.
3. Govt Letter No.ENE01-APRE/39/2023-MLO, dated:22-11-2023.
4. From the VC & MD, NREDCAP, Tadepalli, Guntur District, letter No.NREDCAP/WE/Ecoren-800MW/2023, dated:27-11-2023.
ORDER:
In the reference 1st read above, M/s. Ecoren Energy India Private Limited has submitted a representation with a request to allocate 800 MW Wind Power Projects in Kurnool District.
2. Government after careful examination of the entire matter, have decided as follows and the VC & MD, NREDCAP, Tadepalli, Guntur District shall take necessary
action accordingly:
Page 1 of 3a. Allotment of 800 MW Wind Power Projects to M/s. Ecoren Energy India Private Limited in Kurnool District shall be made, as requested by them duly resolving the legal and overlapping issues with other developers.
b. The VC & MD, NREDCAP will be directed to obtain requisite documents/agreements from the Developer as per the undertaking given by the developer and enter into necessary agreements.
3. In the reference 4th read above, the Vice-Chairman & Managing Director, NREDCAP, Tadepalli, Guntur while explaining the circumstances has stated that there will not be any overlapping and legal issues with respect to allocation of 800 MW Wind Power project to M/s. Ecoren Energy India Pvt. Ltd. and demarcation of project boundaries.
4. Since the overlapping and legal issues are stated to have been resolved,
Government hereby order as follows: a. Allocation of 800 MW Wind projects shall be made to M/s. Ecoren Energy India Private Limited in Kurnool District. b. The VC & MD, NREDCAP shall obtain requisite documents/agreements from the Developer as per the undertaking given by the developer and then enter into necessary agreements.
5. The Vice-Chairman & Managing Director, NREDCAP, Tadepalli, Guntur shall take necessary action accordingly.
