ORDER:
Under Rule 10 (a) of the Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, Sri H. Santa Rao, Deputy Electrical lnspector, Rajamahendravaram (Category 4 of Class A) is temporarily promoted as Electricat lnsjecmr (Category 3 of Class A of A.P Electrical lnspectorate Service Rules issued in G.O.'Ms.ru6.Z6O, EFES&T Department, dt.07.08.1990) and appointed under Section 162 of the Electricity Act, 2003 and posted as Electrical inspector, Rajamahendravaram in the existing vacancy -in the_ 9ca!e of pay of Rs.76,730 - Rs. 1',62,7801-. subject to the outcome of W.PsA//As/RPs/CAs etc., if any pending before Tribunal/Courts etc.

He is informed that he should join in the new post within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order, failing which he shall forego his promotion both for the present and future as per rule 11 (b) of A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules,

The Director of Electrical Safety & Chief Electrical lnspector to Government of Andhra Pradesh, Guntur shall take further necessary action in the matter accordingly and intimate the date of joining of the above officer to the Government for information and record.
