FileNo.MAU61-EE0ED(OTH)/35/2026-ED: The following draft variation is proposed to accommodate the activities of the institutions mentioned below, which are not in conformity with the land use provisions under the Amaravati Zoning Regulations (ZR), 2016, in the villages of Venkatapalem, Thulluru, Nidamarru of Amaravati Capital City, Guntur District. The proposal involves changing the land use from the categories specified below to various land use categories in the Detailed Master Plan of the Capital City, approved vide AP Gazette No. 18, dated 23.02.2016. This draft variation is proposed in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 41 of the APCRDA Act, 2014 (Andhra Pradesh Act No. 11 of 2014), and is hereby published as required under Section 41(3) of the said Act. Notice is hereby given that the draft will be taken into consideration after the expiry of fifteen days from the date of publication in Andhra Pradesh Gazette and that any objection and suggestion which may be received from any person with respect there to before expiry of the above said period will be considered by APCRDA.
