Registered No. HSE-49/2016 PART I EXTRAORDINARY No.385 AMARAVATI, WEDNESDAY, JULY 22, 2026 G.393 NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT --x-- Municipal Administration & Urban Development Department – Appointment of New Special officer to Dharmavaram Municipality on administrative grounds - Orders – Issued. ============================================================= [G.O.Rt.No. 961, MA&UD (G) DEPARTMENT, Date: 22.07.2026] NOTIFICATION Whereas, vide G.O.Rt.No. 284, MA&UD (G) Department, Date: 10.03.2026, among others, Government have issued orders appointing the Revenue Divisional Officer, Dharmavaram, Satya Sai District as Special Officer to Dharmavaram Municipality for a period of six (06) months from 18.03.2026 to 17.09.2026 or till the elected body comes into force, whichever is earlier. Subsequently, vide G.O.Rt.No. 339, MA&UD (G) Department, dated: 17.03.2026, has issued certain amendment in the matter. 2. In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso under sub section (1) of Section 62-A of the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1965, the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoints Regional Director of Municipal Administration, Ananthapuramu as the Special Officer to Dharmavaram Municipality with immediate effect in place of Revenue Divisional Officer, Dharmavaram (Present Special officer) on administrative grounds for a period of (6) months or till elected body comes into force, whichever is earlier.
