DRAFT VARIATION TO APCRDA – TADIKONDA ZONAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN –
IN TADIKONDA VILLAGE & MANDAL, GUNTUR DISTRICT
File.No.MAU61-DP0GNT(OTH)/122/2019-GNDP: The following draft variation to the land
use envisaged in the Tadikonda Zonal Development Plan notified vide GO Ms No 336 MA Dt.
2-5-2008, is proposed in exercise of the powers conferred under Section-41 of APCRDA Act,
2014 (Andhra Pradesh Act No.11 of 2014 and is hereby published as required by the section
41(3) of said Act). Notice is hereby given that the draft will be taken into consideration after the
expiry of fifteen days from the date of publication in Andhra Pradesh Gazette and that any
objection and suggestion which may be received from any person with respect thereto before
expiry of the above said period will be considered by APCRDA.
Objections and suggestions should be addressed to Commissioner, APCRDA, Rayapudi village,
Thulluru mandal, Guntur district (AP) Pin Code: 522237. Objections and suggestions received
after due date shall not be entertained including postal delays, if any.
DRAFT VARIATION
The stretch of road from Badepuram Road Junction to the Scouts Training Centre, situated in
D.Nos. 143,144,145,329,330,339,361,363,364,365,368 and 369 of Tadikonda village, which
were earmarked for various land uses as detailed below in the approved Tadikonda Zonal
Development Plan notified vide G.O. Ms. No. 336, MA, Dt. 2-5-2008 is proposed to be widened
from 40 ft to 60 ft. Further details of the proposed change are available at the office of
APCRDA, Rayapudi Village, Thulluru Mandal, Guntur District (AP), Pin Code: 522237, and
also on the APCRDA website, www.crda.ap.gov.in.
LAND USE DETAILS: The proposed variation area involves multiple survey numbers falling
under various land uses including Residential, Commercial, Public & Semi-Public, Public
Utilities, Mixed Use, Transportation, Vacant Lands, and Water Bodies as per the enclosed land
use statistics statement.
