Registered No. HSE-49/2016 PART I EXTRAORDINARY No.424 AMARAVATI, MONDAY, AUGUST 3, 2026 G.457 NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT --x-- MUNICIPAL ADMINISTRATION & URBAN DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (APCRDA) DRAFT VARIATION TO APCRDA – DETAILED CAPITAL CITY MASTER PLAN – IN ANANTHAVARAM VILLAGE OF AMARAVATI CAPITAL CITY, GUNTUR DISTRICT File No:MAU61-DP0AMRV(CLU)/2/2026-DP: The following draft variation is proposed to accommodate the activities of the institution mentioned below, which are not in conformity with the land use provisions under the Amaravati Zoning Regulations (ZR), 2016, in the village of Ananthavaram of Amaravati Capital City, Guntur District. The proposal involves changing the land use in the Detailed Master Plan of the Capital City, approved vide Guntur District Gazette No. 18, dated 23.02.2016. This draft variation is proposed in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 41 of the APCRDA Act, 2014 (Andhra Pradesh Act No. 11 of 2014), and is hereby published as required under Section 41(3) of the said Act. Notice is hereby given that the draft will be taken into consideration after the expiry of fifteen days from the date of publication in Andhra Pradesh Gazette and that any objection and suggestion which may be received from any person with respect thereto before expiry of the above said period will be considered by APCRDA. DRAFT VARIATION The site allotted to M/s Rainbow Children's Medicare Limited in Sy Nos. 125, 126, & 369 of Ananthavaram village, Capital City Amaravati, which was earmarked for C3 Neighbourhood Centre Zone in the Detailed Master Plan of the Capital City, approved vide Guntur District Gazette No. 18, dated 23.02.2016, is now proposed to be designated for C4 - Town Centre Zone.
