Registered No. HSE-49/2016 PART I EXTRAORDINARY No.456 AMARAVATI, MONDAY, AUGUST 17, 2026 G.525 NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT --x-- MUNICIPAL ADMINISTRATION & URBAN DEVELOPMENT (I) DEPARTMENT Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department - Ongole Urban Development Authority (ONUDA) - Reorganisation of the Development Area - Inclusion and exclusion of certain Mandals/Villages in the jurisdiction of ONUDA- Notification - Orders - Issued. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- G.O.Ms.No.184, Municipal Administration & Urban Development (I) Department, Dt.17.08.2026) NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (a) and (b) of sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Metropolitan Region and Urban Development Authorities Act, 2016 (Act No. 5 of 2016), read with sub-section (2) of the said section, and in partial modification of the notifications previously issued defining the Development Area of the Ongole Urban Development Authority (ONUDA), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby: (a) include in the said Development Area the areas specified in Schedule-I; (b) exclude there from the areas specified in Schedule-II; and (c) define the revised limits of the Development Area of ONUDA as comprising the areas specified in Schedule-III, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette. This reorganisation is intended to facilitate streamlined administration, coordinated urban development, effective spatial planning and efficient management of urban and peri-urban areas within the Development Area of ONUDA. 1SCHEDULE-I Areas included in the existing Development Area of ONUDA A.
