Registered No. HSE-49/2016 PART I EXTRAORDINARY No.195 AMARAVATI, MONDAY, APRIL 20, 2026 G.59 NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT --x-- Municipal Administration & Urban Development Department – Appointment of New Special officer to Narsapuram Municipality on administrative grounds - Orders – Issued. ============================================================= [G.O.Rt.No. 431, MA&UD (G) Department, Date: 20.04.2026] NOTIFICATION Whereas, vide G.O.Rt.No. 284, MA&UD (G) Department, Date: 10.03.2026, Government have issued orders appointing the Revenue Divisional Officer, Bhimavaram West Godavari District as Special Officer to Narsapuram Municipality, one among others, for a period of six (06) months from 18.03.2026 or till the elected body comes into office, whichever is earlier. Subsequently, Government vide G.O.Rt.No. 339, MA&UD (G) Department, dated: 17.03.2026 has issued amendment orders in the matter. 2. In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso under sub section (1) of Section 62-A of the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1965, the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoints the Joint Collector, Bhimavaram, as the Special Officer to Narsapuram Municipality with immediate effect in place of Revenue Divisional Officer, Bhimavaram (Present Special officer) on administrative grounds for a period of (6) months or till elected body comes into force, whichever is earlier.
