NOTIFICATION The following variation to the Change of land use in Kurnool Municipal coporation / KUDA General Town Planning Scheme for the Sanctioned Master Plan vide G.O.Ms.No.28, MA&UD Department, dated 19.02.2024 is proposed in exercise of the powers confirmed under

section (15) of Andhra Pradesh Metropolitan Region and Urban Development Authorities Act, 2016(Act No.5 of 2026) is hereby published as required by sub-section (4) of the said section.

VARIATION The Change of Land use proposal for change the land use in the sanctioned master plan of Kurnool Municipal corporation/ KUDA, Kurnool Region, Phase-I from Industrial land use to Residential land use for the land measuring an extent of Ac.10.00 Cts in Sy No's.486/3 and 486/4 (Block Splitted from Sy.No.406/1) of Pudicherla Village, in the Master Plan of Kurnool Municipal Orvakal Mandal, Kumool District Corporation/KUDA sanctioned vide G.O.Ms.No.

128, MA &UD dept, dated 19.02.2024, is hereby designated through variation/change of land use as marked in the proposed land use map in GTP No. 04/2026/KUDA, Kurnool. The detailed plan and records are available in the office of the Pudicherla Panchayat office, and the Kurnool Urban Development Authority (KUDA), Kurnool, subject to the following conditions:

1. The applicant shall provide 9.0mt buffer all around the boundary of the proposed site adjoining to the Industrial land use and adhere to the conditions stipulated by the Airports Authority of India as per their NOC.

2. The applicant shall obtain prior technical clearance from the competent authority before commencement of any development activity at the site under reference.

3. The title and urban land ceiling /Agricultural land ceiling aspect shall be scrupulously examined by the concerned authorities i.e. Urban Development Authorities/Municipal Corporations/Municipalities before issue of building permission/development permission.

4. The above change of land use is subject to the condition that may be applicable under the Urban Land Ceiling, Act, 1976 and A.P. Agriculture Ceiling Act.

5. The change of land use shall not be used as the proof of any title of the land..

6. The change of land use shall not be used as the sole reason for obtaining exemption from the provisions of Urban Land Ceiling Act, 1976.

7. Any other conditions as may be imposed by Vice Chairman, Kurnool Urban Development Authority, Kurnool.
