NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (f) of sub-section (2) of section 18 of Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority Act, 2014 [Act 11 of 2014], the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby make the following amendment to Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Land Pooling Scheme (Formulation and Implementation) Rules, 2025 issued in G.O.Ms.No.118, MA&UD (CRDA) Dept., Dt.01.07.2025.

AMENDMENT

1. In sub-rule (2) of rule 16, in the existing table, after clause (f), the following clause

(g) shall be inserted, namely: -

(g). For the farmers who have given their Dry and Jareebu land of less than 1.00 acre in land pooling scheme, will also be paid Rs.40,000/- for Dry Land and Rs.60,000/- for Jareebu land for 10 years.

This benefit shall be applicable to the eligible landowners of the (7) Villages notified in G.O.Ms.No.252 MA&UD(CRDA) Dept., dt:02.12.2025. whose extent and ownership were confirmed on or before 02.12.2025 i.e., cutoff date, for the purpose of ascertaining eligibility to get the minimum annuity benefit. Further sub- divisions/ownership changes effected after cutoff date shall be paid proportionate to the extent.

1This benefit may be extended for upcoming villages under Land Pooling Scheme if any, the date of issue of Government order (G.Os) notifying the respective village under Land Pooling Scheme may be taken as cutoff date for the purpose of ascertaining eligibility to get minimum annuity benefit. Further sub- divisions/ownership changes effected after cutoff date shall be paid proportionate to the extent.

The benefit of annual payment of Rs.40,000/- for Dry land and Rs.60,000/- for Jareebu land shall be extended only to those landowners who have surrendered their lands and continue to hold the corresponding returnable developed plots. Where part of the developed plots has been alienated, the annuity shall be paid proportionately to the extent of the developed plots retained by the original landowner. Purchasers or subsequent transferees of LPOCs / returnable plots shall not be entitled to the said annual payment.

2. Consequential amendment to Form-V: In Form-V under Rule 19(6), under Clause 5, after the existing clause (f), the following clause (g) shall be inserted, namely:- Form- V- (g)For the farmers who have given their Dry and Jareebu land of less than 1.00 (Under acre in land pooling scheme, will also be paid Rs. 40,000/- for Dry Land and

Rule Rs.60,000/- for Jareebu land for 10 years.

19(6)) Clause- This benefit shall be applicable to the eligible landowners of the (7) Villages 5; notified in G.O.Ms.No. 252 MA&UD(CRDA) Dept, dt: 02.12.2025. whose extent and ownership were confirmed on or before 02.12.2025 i.e., cutoff date, for the purpose of ascertaining eligibility to get the minimum annuity benefit.

Further sub-divisions/ownership changes effected after cutoff date shall be paid proportionate to the extent.

This benefit may be extended for upcoming villages under Land Pooling Scheme if any, the date of issue of Government order (G.Os) notifying the respective village under Land Pooling Scheme may be taken as cutoff date for the purpose of ascertaining eligibility to get minimum annuity benefit.
