NOTIFICATION
Whereas, the Commissioner & Director of Municipal Administration, AP., in his letters Lr.Roc.No.13021/19/2025/H1, dated: 22.09.2026, and Lr.Roc.No.13021/27/2025/H1,
dated: 21.09.2026, has requested the Government to extend the term of Special Officer of Mangalagiri Tadepalli Municipal Corporation and Srikakulam Municipal Corporation for a further period of six (6) months with effect from 03.10.2026 & 11.10.2026 respectively
(or) till the elected body comes into force whichever is earlier.
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 70 (G) of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1955 read with Section 14 of Andhra Pradesh Municipal Corporations Act, 1994, Government after careful examination, hereby extend the term of Special Officer of Mangalagiri Tadepalli Municipal Corporation and Srikakulam Municipal Corporation for a further period of six (6) months with effect from 03.10.2026 and 11.10.2026 respectively
