These rules may be called the Passport (Amendment) Rules, 2023. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In SCHEDULE I to the Passport Rules, 1980,- (a) against Sl. No. 16, in column (3), for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:- (3) “The districts of Sri Ganganagar, Hanumangarh, Churu, Jhunjhunu, Alwar, Bharatpur, Dholpur, Karauli, Dausa, Jaipur, Sikar, Nagaur, Bikaner, Jodhpur Jaisalmer, Barmer, Jalore, Sirohi, Pali, Ajmer, Tonk in the State of Rajasthan”; (b) after Sl. No. 19 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely:- (1) (2) (3) 19 A. Passport Office, Kota “The districts of Sawai Madhopur, Bundi, Kota, Baran, (a) Passport Officer Jhalwar, Bhilwara, Chhitorgarh, Rajasamand, Udaipur, (b) Deputy Passport Officer Dungarpur, Banswara, Pratapgarh in the State of (c) Assistant Passport Officer Rajasthan.” (d) Senior Superintendent (e) Superintendent [F.
