S.R.O. 4(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Cantonments
Act, 2006 (41 of 2006) read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (10 of 1897), the Central Government
hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Defence number S.R.O. 3(E), dated the
17th February, 2023, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 4, dated the 17th February, 2023,
except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
