Variations In the said Master Plan in the “LAND USE SCHEDULE” under the heading “Thanjavur Local Planning Area, Manakarabai Village” i) Against the “Agricultural Wet use zone (AGW-3)” S.F.No.114/3 shall be deleted ii) Against Educational use (E-14) the S.F.No. 114/3 shall be added condition: (i) Since a water way runds through the proposed land as the field map (FMB) the development should be carried out by rerouting the water way within the boundaries of the land and maintaining the structure of this water way on the land. Further more, appropriate procedures should be followed for developments carried out along water bodies. (ii) As stated in the Local Planning Authority Resolution No.19, Dated:11.12.2024, the petitioner is requirsed to provide an access road with sufficient width to the Government Field and outlying land in survey No.115/5 while granting planning permission for development. (iii) As the site inspection report states that a school building is operating on the proposed site, appropriate planning permission should be obtained for the existing school building.
