The ceremony commenced with the unfurling of the National Flag by GSL’s Chairman and Managing Director, Shri Brajesh Kumar Upadhyay, followed by a Guard of Honour presented by the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF). This was followed by the National Anthem, after which the celebrations continued with a vibrant cultural programme featuring patriotic renditions by the GSL Serenade group, cultural performances by school children, and display of Drill by CISF personnel. Following the cultural segment, Shri Brajesh Kumar Upadhyay addressed the GSL fraternity.
