NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 22nd July, 2020
S.O. 2426(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition
of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter called the said Act), the Government of India hereby
authorizes Shri Sachidanand Suman, Land Reform Deputy Collector, Begusarai Sadar, Government of Bihar vice Shri
Kumar Pankaj,Senior Deputy Collector, Begusarai District, Government of Bihar to perform the functions of
Competent Authority on additional charge basis under the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of
User in Land) Act, 1962 for all natural gas pipelines of M/s. GAIL (India) Limited for the areas falling under District
- Begusarai in the State of Bihar.
2. This notification will be effective from the date of its issue.
