Boilers Act, 1923 (5 of 1923), read with the Government of India, Late Home Department Notification No. F.126/37,
dated the 1st April, 1937 and Ministry of Home Affairs Notification No. S.O. 2709, dated the 7th September, 1966,
and in supersession of this Government’s Notification No. F.1/31/600/LC/Estt./08/4305 dated the 20th December,
2013, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to confer the powers of Chief Inspector of
Boilers on Sh. S. Pandia Rajan, Deputy Chief Inspector of Factories as the Chief Inspector of Boilers and Smoke
Nuisances for the National Capital Territory of Delhi for the purpose of discharging statutory duties under the said
Act, with effect from the date of assuming charge.
