Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports Government Strengthens Youth Engagement through MY Bharat; Over 2.46 Crore Youth Registered on Digital Platform AI-powered CV Builder, Experiential Learning Programmes and CSC integration enhance access to opportunities for youth प्रव तथ: 06 AUG 2026 4:19PM by PIB Delhi The Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports is strengthening youth empowerment through the MY Bharat platform by expanding AI-enabled digital services, experiential learning opportunities, and grassroots outreach across rural and remote India. Since its launch, more than 2.46 crore youth have registered on the MY Bharat digital platform, while over 1.22 lakh youth have enrolled in nearly 25,000 Experiential Learning Programmes (ELPs). The State/UT-wise details of total registrations are placed at Annexure.

The platform has also introduced AI-powered features such as an AI-enabled CV Builder and is leveraging a nationwide network of over 780 District Youth Offices and Common Service Centres

(CSCs) to ensure that young people, particularly in rural and Aspirational Districts, have greater access to volunteering, skill development, internships, and leadership opportunities.

MY Bharat offers Experiential Learning Programmes (ELPs) in collaboration with Government Departments, public institutions, academic institutions and partner organisations. Major programmes include India Post ELP, Jan Aushadhi ELP, Seva Se Seekhen ELP, Public Distribution System (PDS) ELP, Sadak Suraksha Mitra ELP, Radio Production and Presentation ELP, Farmer Producer Organisation (FPO) ELP, Youth Engagement with Senior Citizens at Care Homes ELP and the Semiconductor Training Programme. These programmes provide structured, short-term hands-on learning opportunities across diverse sectors, with durations ranging from 20 to 360 hours. Since the launch of the MY Bharat platform, more than 1.22 lakh youth have enrolled in about 25,000 Experiential Learning Programmes and have been issued digitally validated certificates through the MY Bharat portal.

Further, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) is leveraging the MY Bharat platform for youth mobilisation under the Prime Minister Internship Scheme (PMIS) through a dedicated Volunteer Opportunity. As on 16.07.2026, 98,632 youth have been redirected from the MY Bharat Portal to the PMIS Portal for registration and application.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities are being leveraged in the MY Bharat platform to enhance digital service delivery and platform development. AI-assisted tools are being used across software development, documentation, knowledge management and programme monitoring to improve productivity and service delivery. The platform also provides an automated AI enabled CV Builder facility in Coordination with Bhasini.The Government is expanding the reach of the MY Bharat platform across rural areas, smaller towns, and Aspirational Districts through a nationwide phygital (physical + digital) approach. MY Bharat has a country-wide network of over 780 District Youth Offices, which facilitates outreach and programme implementation at the grassroots level. The platform also works with youth clubs, educational institutions, NSS units, Government Departments, NGOs, Not-for-Profit Organisations (NPOs), and businesses to ensure wider participation across the country. To improve digital access, the MY Bharat platform is integrated with the Common Service Centres (CSCs) network, enabling youth in rural and remote areas to register and participate with the assistance of Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs). Further, the portal enables location-based volunteering and Experiential Learning Programmes at the district, block, panchayat, and village levels, allowing youth to participate in opportunities closer to their place of residence, thereby promoting balanced access to leadership development and community service across the country.
