ISSUANCE OF OFFICIAI, I,OG BOOK
All stakeholders are hereby informed that following procedures for procurement of
official log book from this office may be followed henceforth;
1. Request letter for procurement of official log books may be sent along with a copy of
Ship Registry through domain email id of the company /through post 15 days in
advance duly signed by authorized signatory of the Company.
2. At a time 01 to 05 log books may be ordered for a ship.
3. Request of Shipping Company maintaining deposit Account with this office will only
be entertained.
4. Shipping Companies are advised to maintain sufflcient fund in their deposit account.
5. Amount of Rs.100/-will be deducted for each log book.
6. Log book consigrment will be dispatched by speed post duly updating speed post
tracking number through email.
7. No in person inquiry will be entertained. However, all emergency cases will be
processed on same day upon justification and after due verification of the
Sane.
