NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 16th February, 2023
F. No. DSHC/009/2018-19/220.—In terms of Section 21 (1) of the Haj Committee Act 2002 read with Rules
of 5 of Delhi State Haj Committee Rules, 2006 a meeting of the members of the Delhi State Haj Committee was held
on 16-02-2023 under the Chairmanship of Principal Secretary (Revenue) Government of National Capital Territory of
Delhi. In the said meeting Ms. Kausar Jahan was elected as the Chairperson of the Delhi State Haj Committee.
Now, in exercise of the power conferred under sub-section (3) of Section 21 of the Haj Committee Act, 2002
(35 of 2002), the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby notified Ms. Kausar Jahan as the
Chairperson of the Delhi State Haj Committee.
