F. No.22/Cal/2025-26/SCA(G).— In continuance of Notifications of even numbers dated 28th August,
2025, 9th April, 2026, 22nd May, 2026 notifying Supreme Court holidays 2026 and in pursuance of Rule 3
[as substituted by Supreme Court (Amendment) Rules, 2025] & sub-rule 2 of Rule 4 [as substituted by Supreme
Court (Second Amendment) Rules, 2024], of Order II of Supreme Court Rules, 2013, and pursuant to the request
of Supreme Court Advocates-on-Record Association (SCAORA) to declare holiday on 27th August, 2026
(Thursday), the Full Court has been pleased to accept the request to declare 27th August, 2026 (Thursday) as a
holiday for this Hon’ble Court and its Registry. However, in lieu thereof, 22nd August, 2026 (Saturday) has been
declared as a Full working day for this Court.
It may also be noted that the Registry offices shall accordingly function till 05:00 P.M. on 22nd August,
2026 (Saturday).
