No. SEPRANI-2020/C.R.99/GRUNIBHU.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (i) of sub-section (2) of section 184 and sub-section (5) of section 19 of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Act, 1976 (Maha. 28 of 1977) and all other powers enabling thereto and in superseding all existing rules, orders or instructions made in this regard, the Government of Maharashtra hereby makes the following rules regulating to access service to the post of “ Chief Information and Communication Technology Officer ” in the establishment of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority, as follows :- 1. Short title - These rules may be called the “ Chief Information and Communication Technology Officer ” in the Engineering Service of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (Recruitment) Rules, 2025. 2. Definitions - In these rules, unless the context requires otherwise,- (a) “ Government ” means the Government of Maharashtra. (b)“ Authority ” means the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority established under section 3 of Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Act, 1976 (Mah. XXVIII of 1977) ; (c) “eligibility for promotion” means the eligibility for promotion in accordance with the terms and conditions specified for promotion in rules or orders issued by the Government, from time to time; 3. Appointment to the post of Chief Information and Communication Technology Officer in the Engineering Service of the Authority, shall be made by promotion of a suitable person having eligibility for promotion, on the basis of seniority, from amongst the persons holding the post of Information and Communication Technology Officer having not less than three years of regular and continuous service on that post. 4. Hindi and Marathi Languages Examination - A person appointed to post mentioned in rule 3 shall pass the Marathi and Hindi languages examinations as per the rules made in that behalf by the Government, from time to time, unless he has already passed or has been exempted from passing those examinations before getting promoted to the said post. 5. Applicability of other Orders/Rules - The terms and conditions specified by the Government from time to time shall apply to the person appointed to the post mentioned in Rule 3 after his appointment in the service of the Authority. No. SEPRANI-2020/C.R.99/GRUNIBHU.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (i) of sub-section (2) of Section 184 and sub-section (5) of Section 19 of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Act, 1976 (Maha. 28 of 1977) and all other powers enabling thereto and in superseding all existing rules, orders or instructions made in this regard, the Government of Maharashtra hereby makes the following rules regulating to access service to the post of “Senior Programmer” in the establishment of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority, as follows :— 1. Short title — These rules may be called the Senior Programmer in the Engineering Service of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (Recruitment) Rules, 2025. 2. Definitions — In these rules, unless the context requires otherwise,- (a) “ Government ” means the Government of Maharashtra. (b) “Authority ” means the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority established under Section 3 of Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Act, 1976 (Mah. XXVIII of 1977) ; (c) “eligibility for promotion” means the eligibility for promotion in accordance with the terms and conditions specified for promotion in rules or orders issued by the Government, from time to time ; (d) “ Degree ” means a degree from a recognized university ; 3. Appointment to the post of Senior Programmer in the Engineering Service of the Authority, shall be made either,— (a) by promotion of a suitable person having eligibility for promotion, on the basis of seniority, from amongst the persons holding the post of Junior Programmer or Server and Network Administrator having not less than three years of regular and continuous service on that post ; or (b) by nomination from amongst the candidates recommended by the Authority who fulfils the following criteria, namely :— (1) Age limit.— (A) Lower Age Limit.— Nineteen years of age completed as on the last date of receipt of applications as per advertisement for recruitment to the said post. (B) Upper Age Limit.— Does not exceed thirty-eight years of age for the persons not belonging to reserved categories and forty-three years of age for the persons belonging to reserved categories as on the last date of receipt of application as per advertisement for recruitment to the said post. (2) Minimum Educational Qualifications.— A person holding a degree of M.E or M.Tech in Computer Engineering or Computer Technology or Computer Science Engineering or Information Technology Engineering from a recognized University. (3) Must have at least 2 years of experience working in the software sector. 4. Ratio for appointment — Appointment to the post mentioned in rule 3 by promotion and nomination shall be made in the ratio of 50:50, respectively. 5. Hindi and Marathi Languages Examination — A person appointed to post mentioned in rule 3 shall pass the Marathi and Hindi languages examinations as per the rules made in that behalf by the Government, from time to time, unless he has already passed or has been exempted from passing those examinations before getting promoted to the said post. 7. Declaration of Small Family - (1) A person appointed to post mentioned in rule 3 by nomination shall submit a declaration of Small Family as per the provisions of the Maharashtra Civil Services (Declaration of Small Family) Rules, 2005 or any other rules, orders or any instruments issued in this behalf by the Government, from time to time. (2) A person having more than two children on the date of submission of Declaration of Small Family shall be disqualified for the appointment in service. (3) After appointment of a person in the service, if it is proved that he has more than two children at the time of appointment or thereafter, then he shall be disqualified for continuing on the said post in service. 8. Provision regarding transfers — A person appointed to the post mentioned in rule 3 shall be liable to be transferred within all the Boards of the Authority in the State of Maharashtra. 9. Applicability of other Orders/Rules — The terms and conditions specified by the Government from time to time shall apply to the person appointed to the post mentioned in Rule 3 after his appointment in the service of the Authority. (B) Upper Age Limit.- Does not exceed thirty-eight years of age for the persons not belonging to reserved categories and forty-three years of age for the persons belonging to reserved categories as on the last date of receipt of application as per advertisement for recruitment to the said post. (2) Minimum Educational Qualifications.- A person holding a degree of B.E or B.Tech or M.Sc. (IT) or MCA in Computer Engineering or Computer Technology or Computer Science Engineering or Information Technology Engineering from a recognized university. 4. Provisions for Departmental Examination - A person appointed to the post mentioned in Rule 3 has not passed the departmental examination (if required) or has not been exempted from passing the examination as per the rules made in this regard, then that person shall be required to pass the said examination. 5. Hindi and Marathi Languages Examination - A person appointed to post mentioned in rule 3 shall pass the Marathi and Hindi languages examinations as per the rules made in that behalf by the Government, from time to time, unless he has already passed or has been exempted from passing those examinations before getting promoted to the said post. 6. Declaration of Small Family - (1) A person appointed to post mentioned in rule 3 by nomination shall submit a declaration of Small Family as per the provisions of the Maharashtra Civil Services (Declaration of Small Family) Rules, 2005 or any other rules, orders or any instruments issued in this behalf by the Government, from time to time. No. SEPRANI-2020/C.R.99/GRUNIBHU.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (i) of sub-section (2) of section 184 and sub-section (5) of section 19 of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Act, 1976 (Maha. 28 of 1977) and all other powers enabling thereto and in superseding all existing rules, orders or instructions made in this regard, the Government of Maharashtra hereby makes the following rules regulating to access service to the post of “ Server and Network Administrator ” in the establishment of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority, as follows :— 1. Short title — These rules may be called the Server and Network Administrator in the Engineering Service of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (Recruitment) Rules, 2025. 2. Definitions — In these rules, unless the context requires otherwise,- (a) “ Government ” means the Government of Maharashtra. (b) “ Authority ” means the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority established under section 3 of Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Act, 1976 (Mah. XXVIII of 1977); (d) “ Degree ” means a degree from a recognized university; 3. Appointment to the post of Server and Network Administrator in the Engineering Service of the Authority, shall be made by nomination from amongst the candidates recommended by the Authority who fulfils the following criteria, namely: - (1) Age limit.- (A) Lower Age Limit.- Nineteen years of age completed as on the last date of receipt of applications as per advertisement for recruitment to the said post. (B) Upper Age Limit.- Does not exceed thirty-eight years of age for the persons not belonging to reserved categories and forty-three years of age for the persons belonging to reserved categories as on the last date of receipt of application as per advertisement for recruitment to the said post. (2) Minimum Educational Qualifications.- (i) A person holding a degree of B.E or B.Tech or B.Sc. (IT) or MCA in Computer Engineering or Computer Technology or Information Technology Engineering from a recognized university; or (ii) A person having a degree in Computer Science Engineering alongwith a Cisco Certified Network (CCNA) certificate or an OEM certificate in Server (Windows/Linux) Administration. 4. Provisions for Departmental Examination - A person appointed to the post mentioned in Rule 3 has not passed the departmental examination (if required) or has not been exempted from passing the examination as per the rules made in this regard, then that person shall be required to pass the said examination. 5.
