Launched on the occasion of Mother’s Day, the initiative recognises the role of women as the
first educators, institution-builders, and changemakers in society, while reinforcing the
importance of creating leadership and learning ecosystems that support women across sectors

Mother of the Universe, whose very being is radiant like lightning. That radiance, that luminous
brilliance, is not merely a metaphor but a profound description of reality. Women of this nation
have always embodied this light and inner strength. The ‘Tejasvini Initiative’ reflects IIM
