S.O. 2690(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the United Nations (Security Council)
Act, 1947 (43 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to further amend the
Implementation of the United Nations Security Council Resolutions on Sudan Order, 2016, namely:-
1. (1) This Order may be called the Implementation of the United Nations Security Council Resolutions on Sudan
(Second Amendment) Order, 2026.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Implementation of the United Nations Security Council Resolutions on Sudan Order, 2016, in the Schedule,
in Annexure 3, under the heading “A. Individuals”, after paragraph Sdi.010 and the entries relating thereto, the
following shall be inserted, namely:-
