CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi, the 2nd November, 2020
G.S.R. 685(E).—In accordance to the Department of Personnel and Training’s Notification dated 03rd June
2015 wherein the following para is added to the Union Public Service Commission (Exemption from Consultation)
Regulation 1958, in the Schedule II.
“ 6, All Group ‘B’ posts carrying a Grade Pay Less than Rs.4800/- in Pay Band-2 of Rs.9300 to 34800/-
filled by the method of deputation (including Short-Term Contract).”
2. It is notified that Recruitment Rules for appointment of Superintendent in Directorate of Adult Education,
published by Ministry of Education, Department of School Education & Literacy in Gazette of India on 15th
September, 2014, wherein Column (13) states: “Consultation with Union Public Service Commission is necessary
while appointing an officer on deputation” may now be read as under:
“Consultation with Union Public Service Commission is not necessary while appointing an officer on
deputation”
