of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India, issued vide Notification dated 20th
November, 2018 on Compensatory Afforestation fund (Accounting Procedure) Rules, 2018 and approval of
Ministry of Home Affairs on establishment of State Compensatory Afforestation Fund under Public
Account and Opening of new head of account communicated vide letter No. 11-4/Pr.AO/MHA/Loan/2020-
2021/164 dated 29th September, 2020 and in supersession of all the earlier notifications issued in this regard
except in respect of things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the following Deposit
Head of Account under the Public Account and Expenditure Head of Accounts for the GNCTD
Compensatory Afforestation Fund Management and Planning Authority is adopted for operating as
