24-06-2020 vide which 11 Special Public Prosecutors were notified, in exercise of the powers conferred by
sub-section (8) of section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), read with the Government of India,
Ministry of Home Affairs Notification No. 11011/2/74-UTL (i) dated the 20th March, 1974, the Competent Authority
is pleased to appoint Sh. Amit Prasad as Special Public Prosecutors under section 15 NIA Act to conduct all
proceedings in Case FIR No 22/20 U/s 124-A/153-A/153-B/505 IPC & 13 Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, PS-
Crime Branch, and 59/20 dated 06.03.2020 under sections 120B/302/307/124-A/153 A/186/ 332/353/ 212/395/427/
341/435/436/452/454/109/114/147/148/149/IPC and 25/27 Arms Act and 13/16/17/18 of UAP Act, 1967 and 3/4
