NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 24th October, 2016
No. F. 8(36)/2010/DAM/MR/7337.—In continuation of notification No. F. 8(36)/2010-DAM/MR/478 dated
16.02.2012 and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (c) of section 27 of the Delhi Agricultural Produce
Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1998 (Delhi Act No. 7 of 1999), the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, is
pleased to nominate Sh. Adeel Ahmad Khan, R/o 2/9A, II Floor, Jangpura-A, Delhi, a Member of the Agricultural
Produce Marketing Committee, Market of National Importance, Azadpur, Delhi as representative of the Delhi
Agricultural Marketing Board.
The Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi further directs that the above member of the said
Marketing Committee shall take charge of his office with effect from the date of publication of his name in the official
gazette. Sh. Adeel Ahmad Khan shall hold office for the remaining term of the Agricultural Produce Marketing
Committee, Market of National Importance, Azadpur, Delhi, duly constituted vide notification No. F. 8(36)/2010-
DAM/MR/478 dated 16.02.2012.
