NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 1st April, 2016
S.O. 1310(E).—In continuation of this Ministry’s notification S.O. 88(E) and notification S.O. 89(E)
dated 11th January, 2016 published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, section 3, sub-section (ii) dated
12th January, 2016, the Central Government hereby notifies that the election process to elect five members of
the Council of Architecture under clause (c) of sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Architects Act, 1972 ( 20 of
1972) and for the offices of President, Vice President and Five members of the Executive Committee of the
Council of Architecture under sub-section (1) of section 4 & under sub-section (2) of section 10 of the said
Act respectively, shall be completed by the Returning Officer within a period of 100 days and 150 days
respectively from the date of notifications i.e. 11th January, 2016.
