No. A-12023(1)/15/2016-Admn.III(LA).—In continuation to the Government of India, Ministry of Law and
Justice, Department of Legal Affairs’ Notification No. A-12023(1)/15/2016-Admn.III(LA) dated the 16th February, 2018,
published in the Gazette of India – Extraordinary, the tenure of appointment of Shri G. D. Agrawal, Vice-President of
the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal as President of the Tribunal in officiating capacity is extended w.e.f. 17th August,
2018 till a regular incumbent is appointed to the post of President, ITAT or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
