(2) of section 1 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2018 (01 of 2019), the Lt. Governor of
National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby appoints the 1st day of February, 2019, as the date on which the provisions
of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2018 (01 of 2019), except clause (2) of section 8, section17,
section18 and clause (1) of section 20, shall come into force.
