Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi under the said Act, as under:- 1.(cid:9) School Level Staff Grievance Redressal COmmittee: Any staff member, if aggrieved, shall make a written complaint to the School Staff Grievance Redressal Committee consisting of Vice-Chairperson of School Management Committee who shall act as the Chairperson of the said committee. Other members of the committee would he the teacher convenor ot'Sellool Management Committee, Principal/Head of F.,chool, two parent members of School Management Col-mince and one staff representative elected by the staff of the school for this purpose. It should he ensured that one ol' the members of this committee belongs to Scheduled Caste category: otherwise another member belonging to this category may be co-opted from the School Management Committee of the school. I loWever. this committee would not deal with the grievance of the staff which is against the Principal/I lead ()I' School. This committee would resolve the grievance within fifteen days of receiving it after hearing all the parties invoked. A written order to this effect shall be issued within this period. If any party to the grievance is not satisfied with the decision of the School Staff Grievance Redressal Committee. he/she/they may file all appeal betOre the'Zonpl Le ves Staff Grievance Redressal Cilmmitipp L.(cid:9) tonal Level StaffGrievance Redressai Committee: For redressal of grievances of staff there shall be a Zonal Level Staff Grievance Redressal Commlneti, consisting of Zonal Deputy Director of Education as the Chairperson and Supervisor Physical Education (Zone) and three members from amongst the School Management Committee members of different schools from that zone, who are not employees of the schools as members of the said committee. H. none of the members of this committee belongs to Scheduled Caste Category. then .another member belonging to this category may be co-opted by the Chairperson from among the Principals or Vice-Principals of schools under that Zone. If the grievance of the staff is against a Principal/I lead of School. then the same woukl he filed directly before the Zonal Level Staff Grievance Redressal Committee. This committee would decide upon the appeal within a period of one month and a speaking order to that effect would he passed by the Zonal Deputy Director of Education. If any party is not satisfied with the decision of Zonal Level Staff Grievance Redressal Committee, it may prefer an appeal to the District Level Staff Grievance Redressal Committee. 3. District Level Staff Grievance Redressal Committee; For redressal of grievances of staff, there shall he a District Level Staff Grievance Redressal Committee consisting of District Deputy Director of Education as Chairperson. District Assistant Director of Education (Administration) and District Accounts Officer or District Assistant Accounts Officer as members. If none of the members of this committee belongs to Scheduled Caste Category. then another member belonging to this category may be co-opted by the Chairperson from among the Principals or Vice-Principals of schools under that District.
