No. 158/DDRS/R.R./LDC/2013/3204-08.—In exercise of overall powers vested in it under the Rule 22 Part- II of Memorandum of Association of Delhi Dispute Resolution Society, the Executive Council after ratification by the Governing Council hereby frames the following rules in respect of appointment to the post of Lower Division Clerks in Delhi Dispute Resolution Society, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Delhi Dispute Resolution Society Lower Division Clerk Recruitment Rules, 2017. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Number of posts, classification, Pay Band and Grade pay/Pay Scale. - The number of the said posts, their classification, and pay band and grade pay/scale of pay attached thereto shall be as specified in columns 2 to 4 of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age limit and qualifications etc. - The method of recruitment to the said post, age limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in the columns 5 to 13 of the said Schedule. 4. Disqualification. – No person: (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with person having a spouse living, or4 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] (b) who having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any other person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said post : Provided that the Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 5. Applicability of rules applicable to Government Servants - In respect of matters regarding the conditions of service and other matters of the officers and other employees of the Delhi Dispute Resolution Society (Regd.), the rules, orders and instructions issued from time-to-time and applicable to the officers and employees of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, shall be applicable : Provided that an officer or an employee holding any post mentioned in the said Schedule on deputation basis, shall be governed by the rules regulating the conditions of his service in parent Department. 6. Power to Relax. – Where the Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provision of these rules in consultation with the Executive Council duly ratified by the Governing Council of Delhi Dispute Resolution Society with respect to any class or category of persons. 7. Saving. – Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Ex-Servicemen and other special categories of persons, in accordance with the orders issued by Government from time to time, in this regard. Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Delhi Dispute Resolution Society Superintendent Recruitment Rules, 2017. Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Delhi Dispute Resolution Society Private Secretary Grade-II Recruitment Rules, 2017. (2) These rules shall come into force from the date of issue. 2. Number of posts, classification, Pay Band and Grade pay/Pay Scale. - The number of the said posts, their classification, and pay band and grade pay/scale of pay attached thereto shall be as specified in columns 2 to 4 of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Applicability of rules applicable to Government Servants - In respect of matters regarding the conditions of service and other matters of the officers and other employees of the Delhi Dispute Resolution Society (Regd.), the rules, orders and instructions issued from time-to-time and applicable to the officers and employees of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, shall be applicable : Provided that an officer or an employee holding any post mentioned in the said Schedule on deputation basis, shall be governed by the rules regulating the conditions of his service in parent Department. 6. Power to Relax. – Where the Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provision of these rules in consultation with the Executive Council duly ratified by the Governing Council of Delhi Dispute Resolution Society with respect to any class or category of persons. 7. No. 159/DDRS/R.R./UDC/2013/3188-3192.—In exercise of overall powers vested in it under the Rule 22 Part-II of Memorandum of Association of Delhi Dispute Resolution Society, the Executive Council after ratification by the Governing Council hereby frames the following rules in respect of appointment to the post of Upper Division Clerks in Delhi Dispute Resolution Society, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Delhi Dispute Resolution Society Upper Division Clerk Recruitment Rules, 2017. (2) These rules shall come into force from the date of issue. 2. Number of posts, classification, Pay Band and Grade pay/Pay Scale. - The number of the said posts, their classification, and pay band and grade pay/scale of pay attached thereto shall be as specified in columns 2 to 4 of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age limit and qualifications etc. - The method of recruitment to the said post, age limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in the columns 5 to 13 of the said Schedule. 4. Disqualification. – No person, -17 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with person having a spouse living, or (b) who having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any other person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said post : Provided that the Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 5. Applicability of rules applicable to Government Servants - In respect of matters regarding the conditions of service and other matters of the officers and other employees of the Delhi Dispute Resolution Society (Regd.), the rules, orders and instructions issued from time-to-time and applicable to the officers and employees of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, shall be applicable : Provided that an officer or an employee holding any post mentioned in the said Schedule on deputation basis, shall be governed by the rules regulating the conditions of his service in parent Department. 6. Power to Relax. – Where the Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provision of these rules in consultation with the Executive Council duly ratified by the Governing Council of Delhi Dispute Resolution Society with respect to any class or category of persons. 7. Saving. – Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Ex-Servicemen and other special categories of persons, in accordance with the orders issued by Government from time to time, in this regard.
