(i) ये जिजनयम “ऄध्ययन या प्रजिक्षण का कोइ नया या ईच्चतर पाठ्यक्रम (ऄध्ययन या प्रजिक्षण के स्नातकोत्तर पाठ्यक्रम सजहत) खोलना और ऄध्ययन या प्रजिक्षण के दकसी पाठ्यक्रम (ऄध्ययन या प्रजिक्षण के स्नातकोत्तर पाठ्यक्रम सजहत) में प्रिेि क्षमता में िृजि करना (संिोधन) जिजनयमािली, 2020” कह ेिायगें ।े (ii) ये सरकारी रािपत्र में ईनके प्रकािन की तारीख स ेप्रित्तृ होंगे। 2. “ऄध्ययन या प्रजिक्षण का कोइ नया या ईच्चतर पाठ्यक्रम (ऄध्ययन या प्रजिक्षण के स्नातकोत्तर पाठ्यक्रम सजहत) खोलना और ऄध्ययन या प्रजिक्षण के दकसी पाठ्यक्रम (ऄध्ययन या प्रजिक्षण के दकसी स्नातकोत्तर पाठ्यक्रम सजहत) में प्रिेि क्षमता की िृजि जिजनयमािली, 2000” के भाग-1 में “ऄहकड मापदडं ” िीषडक के ऄंतगतड खडं 3, ईप-खंड 1(1) का परै ाग्राफ 2, जनम्नजलजखत रूप म ेंप्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाएगा : 3299 GI/2020 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC. 4] “बिते दक भारतीय अयुर्विज्ञान पररषद ् ऄजधजनयम, 1956 के ऄंतगतड एमबीबीएस जडग्री प्रदान करन े के जलए ऄभी मान्यताप्राप्त न होने िाल े मेजडकल कालेिों को यह ऄनुमजत होगी दक िे दसू रे निीकरण के समय ऄथाडत एमबीबीएस पाठ्यक्रम के जलए तीसरे बैच के दाजखले के साथ-साथ जप्र-नैदाजनक और पारा-नैदाजनक जिषयों नामतः िरीररचना-जिज्ञान; िरीरदक्रया जिज्ञान; िीिरसायन; भेषि-जिज्ञान; रोग-जिज्ञान; सूक्ष्मिीि-जिज्ञान; फोरेंजसक मेजडजसन और कम्युजनटी मेजडजसन में और नदै ाजनक जिषयों नामतः संचेतनाहर-जिज्ञान; त्िचारोग-जिज्ञान; रजतिरोग-जिज्ञान एिं कुष्ठ रोग; िनरल मेजडजसन; बालरोग; मनोरोग-जिज्ञान; जिदकरण जनदान; रेजडएिन ऑनकोलोिी; श्वसनी मेजडजसन; नाक-कान- गला रोग-जिज्ञान; िनरल सिडरी; नेत्ररोग-जिज्ञान; जिकलांग-जिज्ञान; प्रसूजत एिं स्त्रीरोग-जिज्ञान म ें कोइ स्नातकोत्तर जचदकत्सा जिक्षा पाठ्यक्रम अरंभ करन े के जलए अिेदन कर सके। पुन: बिते दक मेजडकल कालेि, जप्र और पारा नैदाजनक जििेषज्ञताओं के जलए अिेदन करते समय तीसरे निीकरण हते ु सभी मापदंड / ितें परू ी करते हों और नैदाजनक जििेषज्ञताओं के जलए अिेदन करत े समय चौथ ेनिीकरण हते ु सभी मापदडं / ितें पूरी करते हों।” डॉ. राकेि कुमार ित्स, महासजचि [जिज्ञापन-III/4/ऄसा./148/2020-21] पाद रटप्पणी : प्रधान जिजनयमािली, नामत: “ऄध्ययन या प्रजिक्षण का कोइ नया या ईच्चतर पाठ्यक्रम (ऄध्ययन या प्रजिक्षण के स्नातकोत्तर पाठ्यक्रम सजहत) खोलना और ऄध्ययन या प्रजिक्षण के दकसी पाठ्यक्रम (ऄध्ययन या प्रजिक्षण के स्नातकोत्तर पाठ्यक्रम सजहत) में प्रिेि क्षमता में िृजि करना जिजनयमािली, 2000” भारतीय अयुर्विज्ञान पररषद ् की ददनांक 14 ऄगस्ट्त, 2000 की ऄजधसूचना संख्या 34 (41)/2000/मडे के ऄतं गतड भारत के रािपत्र के भाग III, खंड 4 में 7 ऄिूबर, 2000 को प्रकाजित की गइ थी और भारतीय अयुर्विज्ञान पररषद ् की ददनांक 22/03/2005, 23/09/2009, 09/12/2009, 29/12/2009, 11/01/2010, 16/04/2010, 03/11/2010, 29/12/2015, 29/04/2016, 06/07/2017, 08/06/2018, 20/06/2018, 12/07/2018, 28/01/2019 और 05/04/2019 की ऄजधसूचना के ऄंतगडत संिोजधत की गइ थी। BOARD OF GOVERNORS IN SUPER-SESSION OF MEDICAL COUNCIL OF INDIA NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 22nd July, 2020 No. MCI-18(1)/2020-Med./110887— In exercise of powers conferred by Section 33 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956), the Board of Governors in Super-session of Medical Council of India with the previous sanction of the Central Government hereby makes the following regulations to further amend the “The Opening of a New or Higher Course of Study or Training (including Post-graduate Course of Study or Training) and Increase of Admission Capacity in any Course of Study or Training (including a Postgraduate Course of Study or Training) Regulations, 2000.” namely:- 1. (i) These Regulations may be called the “The Opening of a New or Higher Course of Study or Training (including Post-graduate Course of Study or Training) and Increase of Admission Capacity in any Course of Study or Training (including a Postgraduate Course of Study or Training) Regulations, 2020” (ii) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In Part-I of the Opening of a New or Higher Course of Study or Training (including Post-graduate Course of Study or Training) and Increase of Admission Capacity in any Course of Study or Training (including a Postgraduate Course of Study or Training) Regulations, 2000, 2nd paragraph of Clause 3 sub-clause 1(1) under the heading “Qualifying Criteria”, shall be substituted as under:[भाग III—खण् ड 4] भारत का रािपत्र : ऄसाधारण 3 “Provided that it shall be permissible for Medical Colleges not yet recognized for the award of MBBS degree under the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 to apply for starting of a Post-graduate medical education course in pre clinical and para clinical subjects, namely, Anatomy; Physiology; Biochemistry; Pharmacology; Pathology; Microbiology; Forensic Medicine; and Community Medicine and in clinical subjects, namely, Anaesthesiology; Dermatology, Venerology and Leprosy; General Medicine; Paediatrics; Psychiatry; Radio diagnosis; Radiation Oncology; Respiratory Medicine; Otorhinolaryngology; General Surgery; Ophthalmology; Orthopaedics; Obstetrics & Gynaecology, at the time of second renewal, i.e., along with the admission of third batch for the MBBS course. Provided further that the Medical College fulfils all the criteria/ requirements for the 3rd renewal when applying for pre and para clinical specialities and fulfils all the criteria/ requirements for the 4th renewal when applying for clinical specialities.” DR.
