S.O. 3446 (E).— In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 3 of the National Institute of
Fashion Technology Act, 2006 (No. 28 of 2006) the Central Government hereby accept the resignation of Ms. Ruby
Yadav and notify the nomination of Shri Sanjay Lalbhai, Chairman & Managing Director, Arvind Ltd. by the President
of India in his capacity as Visitor of the Institute, under Section 3(3)(h) of the Act to serve as Member on the Board of
Governors of the National Institute of Fashion Technology up to 31.03.2019 subject to the provisions of the said Act.
