of the Constitution read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, Notification No.1/2/70-DH(S) dated
29th May, 1970 as amended by Notification No.1/2/70-DH(S) dated 25th July, 1970 and all other powers enabling him
in this behalf, the Lieutenant Governor of the National Captial Territory of Delhi, in consultation with the High Court
of Delhi, is pleased to substitute the following new schedule, for the schedule as amended from time to time, to the
Delhi Judicial Service, Rules, 1970 namely:

(under rule 4)
1 Civil Judges (Senior Division) (20% of cadre strength)
This will include –
(i) Senior Civil Judge-cum-Rent Controllers 11
(ii) Additional Senior Civil Judges-cum-Judges Small Cause Courts- 11
