NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 3rd August, 2018
S.O. 3943(E).—In exercise of the power conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Indian
Medicine Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970) read with rule 23 of the Indian Medicine Central Council(Election)
Rules, 1975, one member from the Ayurveda system of medicine for the Sampurnanand Sanskrit University, Varanasi,
Uttar Pradesh has been elected from amongst themselves by the members of the Ayurveda Faculty of the said University
and hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of
Health and Family Welfare number S.O. 3259, dated the 21st August, 1971, published in the Gazette of India,
Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section(ii) , namely:—
In the said notification, under the heading “Elected under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 3”, in the
Table, in column (2), (3) and (4) for the entries relating to the Sampurnanand Sanskrit University, Varanasi, Uttar
Pradesh, the following shall be substituted, namely.—
