S.O. 2296(E).—In exercise of the power conferred by section 3 of the United Nations (Privileges and
Immunities) Act, 1947 (46 of 1947), the Central Government hereby declares that the provisions of section 1 of Article I,
sections 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and section 8 of Article II, section 9 of Article III and clauses (a), (b), (c), (d) and (e) of section
3174 GI/2018 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)]
18 and section 20 of Article V and clauses (a), (b), (c), (d), (e) and (f) of section 22 and section 23 of Article VI of the
Schedule to the said Act shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to the International Solar Alliance, its representatives and
officers.
