िनयम, 2017 कहा जाएगा।
(2) ये राजक(cid:7409)य राजप(cid:7074) म(cid:7286) इनके (cid:7079)काशन क(cid:7409) ितिथ से (cid:7079)वृ(cid:7275) ह(cid:7298)गे।
2. िनःशु(cid:7016)क और अिनवाय(cid:6981) बाल िश(cid:6979)ा का अिधकार िनयम, 2010 के (cid:7079)ारंिभक िश(cid:6979)ा क(cid:7409) पा(cid:7353)चया(cid:6981) और उस े
पूरा करने से संबंिधत भाग VII म(cid:7286) िनयम 23, उप-िनयम (2) के खंड (ग) के (cid:7021)थान पर िन(cid:7388)िलिखत खंड (cid:7079)ित(cid:7021)थािपत
(cid:7408)कए जाएगं े, नामतः-
“(ग) सभी (cid:7079)ारंिभक क(cid:6979)ा(cid:7312) के िलए क(cid:6979)ा-वार, िवषय-वार अिधगम प(cid:7407)रणाम तैयार करना; और

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 20th February, 2017.
G.S.R 155(E).—In exercise of the power conferred by section 38 of the Right of Children to Free and
Compulsory Education Act, 2009 (35 of 2009), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the
Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2010, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement:- (1) These rules may be called the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory
Education (Amendment) Rules, 2017.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2010 in Part VII relating to Curriculum and
Completion of Elementary Education, in rule 23, in sub-rule (2) for clause (c), the following clauses shall be substituted,
namely :-
“(cid:32)(cid:99)(cid:41)(cid:40) prepare class-wise, subject-wise learning outcomes for all elementary classes; and
(cid:100)(cid:41)(cid:40) prepare guidelines for putting into practice continuous and comprehensive evaluation, to achieve the defined
learning outcomes.”.
