of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 (Act No. 6 of 1974) and Section 6 of the Air (Prevention
and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 (Act No. 14 of 1981), and with the concurrence of Ministry of Environment,
Forest & Climate Change (MoEF&CC), Government of India, the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) hereby,
extends the nomination of Chairman and Member Secretary of Ladakh Pollution Control Committee (LPCC) with
effect from 25.03.2024 till 30.06.2024 or sanction of the post of Chairman and Member Secretary, whichever is
earlier.
