No. CM-99/1/2021-LAW-HO-CPCB-HO.—In exercise of the power conferred by Section 4, clause (4) of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 (Act No. 6 of 1974) and Section 6 of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 (Act No. 14 of 1981), the Central Pollution Control Board hereby reconstitutes the Committee as specified by the Central Government whose constitution was notified by a Notification published in the Gazette of India vide No. C-603/Lakshdweep PCC/Legal-2021 dated 21.06.2021 in respect of the Union Territory (UT) of Lakshadweep. The reconstitution of the Committee is as follows: S.
