(4) of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 (Act No. 6 of 1974) and Section 6 of the Air
(Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 (Act No. 14 of 1981), and with the concurrence of Ministry of
Environment, Forest & Climate Change, Government of India, the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) hereby,
extends the nomination of Chairman and Member Secretary of Ladakh Pollution Control Committee (LPCC) with
effect from 01.07.2025 till 30.06.2026 or till the sanction and creation of the posts of Chairman and Member
Secretary, whichever is earlier.
