New Delhi, the 20th December, 2018
S.O. 6406(E).—In exercise of the power conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 17 of the Sick Textile
Undertaking (Nationalization) Act, 1974. (57 of 1974), Sub-section (1) Section 15 of the Swadeshi Cotton Mills
Company Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertaking) Act, 1986 and Sub-section (1) of Section 17 of Textile
Undertaking (Nationalization) Act, 1995 (39 of 1995), the Central Government appoint Smt. Aditi Das Rout, as
Commissioner of Payments w.e.f. 19.06.2018 and defines the local limits within which the said Commissioner of
Payments shall exercise the powers conferred and perform the duties imposed on her, as the whole of India.
