New Delhi, the 17th November, 2020
S.O. 4138(E).— In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (2) of section 14 of the Indian Medicine
Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970), the Central Government, after consulting the Central Council of Indian
Medicine, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Second Schedule to the said Act, namely:-
In the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970, in the Second Schedule, In Part-I relating to “Ayurveda and
Siddha”, under the heading “Punjab”, against serial number 88E and the entries relating thereto, the following entries
in row one in respect of Ayurvedacharya (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) in column 5 shall be inserted
below the existing entries, namely:-
“C. From 30th December, 2019 onwards subject to permission granted for admission by the Central Government
to the following college, namely:-
Shri Dhanwantry Ayurvedic College and Dabur Dhanwantry Hospital, Plot No.-M-688, Sector 46-B,
Chandigarh-160017”.
