No. LAC WEST/CD 089400354/791.—In exercise of the power conferred under sub-section (b) of Section 2 of
the Delhi Land (Restriction on Transfer) Act, 1972, read with clause (c) of rule 2 of Delhi Land (Restriction on Transfer)
Rules, 1972, and in supersession of all previous notifications published in Part IV of Delhi Gazette Dated, National
Capital Territory of Delhi, except as respect things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Lt. Governor
of National Capital Territory of Delhi, is pleased to authorize the Additional District Magistrate (Revenue) of the
Concerned District in Delhi to perform the function of ‘Competent Authority’ under section 5 of the Delhi Land
(Restriction on Transfer) Act, 1972 and the Deputy Commissioner of the District as ‘Prescribed Authority’ under section
6 of the Act.
