In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 340 of the Constitution the President is pleased to extend the tenure of the Commission to examine sub categorisation of Other Backward Classes
This order, S.O. 2428(E), issued by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment on July 16, 2020, extends the tenure of the Commission to examine the subcategorization of Other Backward Classes (OBCs) by six months, beyond July 31, 2020.
