भारत सरकार (काय-य आबंटन) जनयम, 1961 का और संिोधन करने के जलए, जनम्न जलजखत जनयम बनाते ह,ैं अथायत्:-
1. (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम भारत सरकार (काय-य आबंटन) तीन सौ पिपनवां संिोधन जनयम, 2020 ह।ै
(2) ये तुरंत प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. भारत सरकार (कायय-आबंटन) जनयम, 1961 की, जद्वतीय अनसु ूिी म,ें “स्ट्वास्ट््य और पररवार कल्याण मंिालय”
िीर्यक के अधीन, उप-िीर्यक “क. स्ट्वास्ट््य और पररवार कल्याण जवभाग” के अधीन, प्रजवजि 16 की मद (ट) का लोप

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 29th April, 2020
S.O. 1405(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 77 of the Constitution,
the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Government of India (Allocation of
Business) Rules, 1961, namely:—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Three
Hundred and Fifty Fifth Amendment Rules, 2020.
(2) They shall come into force at once.
2. In the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, in THE SECOND SCHEDULE,
under the heading “MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE (SWASTHYA AUR PARIVAR
KALYAN MANTRALAYA)”, under the sub-heading “A. DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND FAMILY
WELFARE (SWASTHYA AUR PARIVAR KALYAN VIBHAG)”, in entry 16, item (k) shall be omitted.
