का.आ. 1371(अ).—राष्ट्रपजत, संजवधान के अनुच्छेद 77 के खण्ड (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करत े
हुए, भारत सरकार (काय-य आबंटन) जनयम, 1961 का और सिं ोधन करन े के जलए, जनम्न जलजखत जनयम बनाते ह,ैं
अथायत:्—
1. (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम भारत सरकार (काय-य आबंटन) तीन सौ चौवनवां संिोधन जनयम, 2020 ह।ै
(2) ये तुरंत प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. भारत सरकार (काय-य आबंटन) जनयम, 1961 म,ें जद्वतीय अनुसूची म,ें "जल िजि मंिालय" िीर्यक के
अधीन, ''क. जल संसाधन, नदी जवकास और गंगा सरं िण जवभाग'' उप िीर्यक के अधीन,-
(i) प्रजवजि 7 के पश् चात, जनम्न जलजखत प्रजवजि अंत:स्ट् थाजपत की जाएगी, अथायत:-
''7क. नददयों का संरिण, जवकास, प्रबंधन और नददयों के प्रदर्ू ण का उपिमन।'';
(ii) प्रजवजि 31 के स्ट् थान पर, जनम्न जलजखत प्रजवजि रखी जाएगी, अथायत:-
''31. गगं ा नदी के संरिण, सरु िा और प्रबंधन संबंधी राष्टर ीय पररर्द (राष्टर ीय गंगा पररर्द); राष्टर ीय
स्ट् वच् छ गगं ा जमिन।'';
(iii) प्रजवजि 32 का लोप दकया जाएगा;
(iv) प्रजवजि 33 के पश् चात, जनम्न जलजखत प्रजवजियां अंत:स्ट्थ ाजपत की जाएंगी, अथायत:-
''33क. राष्टर ीय जल सूचना-जवज्ञान केंद्र (एनडब्ल् यआू ईसी)।
33ख. उत्तर-पूवय िेिीय जल एव ं भूजम प्रबंधन सस्ट्ं थान (एनईआरआईडब् ल् यएू एलएम)।

New Delhi, the 24th April, 2020
S.O. 1371(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 77 of the
Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Government of
India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, namely:—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Three
Hundred and Fifty Fourth Amendment Rules, 2019.
(2) They shall come into force at once.
2. In the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, in THE SECOND
SCHEDULE, under the heading “MINISTRY OF JAL SHAKTI (JAL SHAKTI MANTRALAYA)”,
under the sub-heading “A. DEPARTMENT OF WATER RESOURCES, RIVER DEVELOPMENT
AND GANGA REJUVENATION (JAL SANSADHAN, NADI VIKAS AUR GANGA
SANRAKSHAN VIBHAG)”,-
(i) after entry 7, the following entry shall be inserted, namely: -
“7A. Conservation, development, management and abatement of pollution of rivers.”;
(ii) for entry 31, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
“31. National Council for Rejuvenation, Protection and Management of River Ganga
(National Ganga Council); National Mission for Clean Ganga.”;
(iii) entry 32 shall be omitted;
(iv) after entry 33, the following entries shall be inserted, namely:-
“33A. National Water Informatics Centre (NWIC).
33B. North Eastern Regional Institute of Water and Land Management (NERIWALM).
33C. Krishna River Management Board (KRMB).
33D. Godavari River Management Board (GRMB).
33E. Cauvery Water Management Authority (CWMA).”.
